Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact our customer service email for potential store credit or an exchange if you have received damaged goods or the wrong item.

RETURNS

All approved returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivered date. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and lbels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please email customer service at ecuadorhopehouse@agmd.org. Once your return has been approved please mail your items and proof of purchase to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return is processed and when your new item is shipped or store credit is issued.
